Our Fleet
Our modern, well-maintained fleet means we arrive ready — no delays, no excuses. Every piece of equipment is chosen for the demands of Western NC mountain terrain.
Mountain property work demands more than standard equipment. Steep grades, dense forest, rocky soil, and remote access roads require machines that are purpose-built and properly maintained.
Our fleet represents a significant investment in doing the job right — from heavy excavation to concierge property runs. When we show up, we show up ready.
2026
Our heavy-duty RAM 3500 dump truck handles the big hauls — gravel, fill dirt, debris removal, and material delivery. Built for the steep grades and tight turns of mountain driveways and job sites.
2021
Our 2021 Gladiator is the workhorse of our service fleet — capable of reaching remote properties on unpaved mountain roads while carrying tools, supplies, and equipment for any job.
2025
Our newest Gladiator keeps our service capacity strong. Whether it's a grocery stocking run before your arrival or a maintenance call on a remote ridge, this truck gets there.
2026
The Bobcat E26 is our precision excavation machine — compact enough to work in tight spaces, powerful enough to handle septic installation, grading, and land clearing on mountain terrain.
2019
Our Massey Ferguson 5607 is the backbone of our land management operations. With multiple attachments, it handles everything from brush hogging to lot clearing to road grading across large acreage.
2025
Our 14-foot dump trailer extends our hauling capacity for large-scale debris removal, material transport, and equipment moves across job sites throughout Franklin, Highlands, and Cashiers.
